Chapter 16: Moon Raker

Well, we left off with Boo going into Labor and Delivery.  I was not prepared for Cocoa to actually show up, so this is the best shot I could get.

Little M was born and brought home.  His name is Moon Raker.

Boo had previously bought the time machine in the consignment shop.  She had a bad moodlet for overpaying for it too.  Jelly Bean spends her days travelling since she is grounded until she hits elder.

Cocoa made it home with Boo and the baby.  He proceeded to spend the day enthralling us (no pun intended) with his level 1 guitar skills.

Boo:  Technically, that should be classified as ear murder.

We made it to M!  This marks the end of Berry Zephyr Hill.  The town made it to the ripe young age of 8 weeks 4 days.

Our third move takes us (and their house) to Sunset Valley…but first I had this neat idea.  Let’s have Boo turn on the laptop and check real estate.  For the first time since I have started playing Sims 3, I actually found out that you can sell the real estate.  Cue an influx of just over $1 million.  Yeah, I was sorta like too.

They take with them most of Boo’s side of the family and very little of Grape’s.

I then decided to do some SV maintenance before adding the family.  First, I deleted the horse thingy up by the Landgraabs and put down the Movie Backlot.  Then I deleted the townies I didn’t like and made over the ones I kept, yes that included new faces.  They even got new names.

Well, the Goth’s didn’t.  Cornelia, Gunther and Mortimer got to keep their names.

Jared Frio became Sea Salt.

Connor Frio became Rock Salt.

Hank Goddard became Lemon Del Sol.

Little Bella Bachelor became Spearmint Gum.

Chris Steel became Caramel Cream.

Leighton Sekemoto became Cold Confetti – don’t ask it just popped into my head and wouldn’t leave.  I also did not do much facial work to him.

Xander Clavell became

Michael Bachelor became Blueberry Gum – there was really no fixing his ugly, but I gave it a try.

Sandy and Molly French became Mossy and Ever Green.  Sandy has since gotten married.  She is now Mossy Chocolate.

Parker Langerak became Bubble Yum.  I had to check him out in CAS since the last time he was in here he was a teen.  This is my most favorite of any SV townie.  He has fathered at least 50 kids in various games since I started playing Sims 3.  I bought my first Sims 3 game after Sims Social came out.  I hated having to have neighbors for building shit, so I just went out and bought the actual game.  Anyway, I love him.

Stiles McGraw has now become a Peeping Tom Strawberry Daiquiri.

I think that’s it, but I don’t know. I might find more later on.  Anyway, after they were altered, I then randomized their traits, likes and star signs and unleashed them in the world.  Boo and I both will be finding out who they become together.

A/N – Rant for the Ignorant – I have a beef with a random person whose ignorant comment was deleted, please note this was a non-simming, prejudiced piece of garbage.  I am not going to get on my high horse or anything (ok I probably will sorry), but please remember that this is a GAME.  Yes, in real life same-sex couples need help to have babies either through adoption, insemination or surrogates.  In my same-sex friendly game, I allow them to have their own children through the wonders of the woohooer.  So far, 90% of Boo’s boys are gay or bisexual.  Get over it or don’t read it.  /end rant.

Little Moon aged up soon after arrival.  So cute.  He actually got Grandma Bubbly’s hair!  I want to thank the powers that be for the non-orange child!

He quickly, and I mean really quickly, learned to walk and potty.

We interrupt skilling for dinner.

Guess who I forgot about!  Oopsie!   Illusion is our first to hit YA in the new town.

He is already up in my studio.

Boo hunted down Lemony Hank for a conversation regarding his occupation and sign.  It turns out that he is a Scorpio and in the film industry.  I marked his information down.

Boo adds him to her list of conquests.  We need the film industry, not sure about the sign.  He ran off to work before we could invite him over to her house, so he will be used at a later time.

Hot pants now has 3 flirts and an oblivious husband.  She just added Caramel Chris to her list…luckily they are in her backyard.

The first shower woohoo of SV has been instigated.

He is used to mark of Culinary from the list.

He got out of the shower after the lullaby and peed on the floor.  Boo immediately pulled the “It’s not you, it’s me” deal and became his friend.

He was so not happy with her.  His new traits (that she knows) are: Grumpy, Workaholic, Born Salesman and Family- oriented.  He is currently the boyfriend of Lily Freeze, Boo’s grand daughter through Dandelion.  Dandelion, during this update, turned elder, which means Azure should be at death’s door soon. 

Very rare pic of Boo.  I had her travelling around town this whole pregnancy in the Motive Mobile buying real estate.  Here is her 6 hour stand in one spot pop.  I was really annoyed.

She didn’t even move much when her grandson, Ash waved to her as he walked by.  This is the 2nd child of Azure.  He is so adorable, that he was put up in my studio.

Two hours after Ash walked by, she finally popped.

She missed Jelly Bean’s YA birthday too.  I don’t actually like the girl.

JB: I wish for the death of my mother so I can flirt in the open with my step-dad.

Yep, I caught her trying to skinny dip with Grape back in the other town.  Luckily, he declined.

JB: Okay, I changed my mind!

She didn’t turn out half bad after all.  She is up in the studio also.  I didn’t give her much of a makeover.

Grape taught Moon to talk, so we had a double birthday.  Our first one in forever.

I want to give him squishees!

Boo.  Poor Boo.  I swear, she has travelled about 1,000 miles around town.  I think this was day two.

This was so funny.  She was finally done and I sent her home.  She was on the doorstep and went into labor.  She had to turn around and head back out.   She spent 2 million on businesses in three days.  Grape, being a ghost, can’t buy anything so he could not help.

The family owns everything down to the last fishing hole, leaving Boo with just about $10k.  Until her royalties come in.

Hoki sighting!  Cocoa has already married and divorced Clover.  He is now seeing Hibiscus who is seeing Electric Marmalade behind his back and recently got pregnant by Electric.

Cornelia Goth changed her hair apparently.  I have no clue who the blue guy is, but he came with from the other town.

Wow, he showed up.  Straight from work from the looks of it.

Say Hello to little Nutmeg.

Well, we have plenty of room for babies, so I think Boo is going to take off now and find an O daddy.  Thanks for reading!    Head Count:  Boo, Grape, Loblolly, Moon Raker and Nutmeg.

Golly, boy, I hope your face doesn’t freeze that way. That’s goofy looking.  He aged up without cake.  I had no clue it was even time.  I skipped over these on accident.  They happened sometime after Jelly Bean moved out.

Key Lime has been added to the studio and he moved out.
